Aly Rosa is a Filipino–Puerto Rican vocalist whose musical journey began in the Philippines, where she was raised and first trained in vocal performance at the age of seven. With a foundation in musical theatre, her voice has carried her across East Asia, performing internationally through the Asian Pacific Activities Conference for Choir and Theatre.
Her budding interest in vocalists such as Julie London, Nina Simone, and Betty Carter made her swoon over the passionate love songs and ballads in the jazz genre. Now based in Austin Texas, Aly continues to evolve as a performer, blending her love for jazz with the storytelling flair of her theatre roots.”
