Caros Amigos is the Brazilian music project of Austin-based guitarist and arranger Adam Carney. Built around the lively spirit of Brazilian choro, the group brings together bright melodies, syncopated rhythms, and the warm sound of Adam’s 7-string guitar. Formed in 2021, Caros Amigos celebrates the joy and elegance of Brazilian instrumental music with a repertoire that includes classic choro, samba-inspired pieces, and original arrangements. The result is music that feels festive, refined, and full of Central Texas charm.
