Originally from Pasadena\, Texas\, Joshua has spent more than 15 years refining his craft and over a decade performing across the rich musical landscape of Texas. \nHe is a founding member of The Fellowship\, a dynamic ensemble formed in San Marcos in 2018 and built on the creative chemistry of Gerardo Espinoza on tenor saxophone\, Christopher Villanueva on piano\, Andrew Harkey on bass\, and Joshua’s expressive\, driving work behind the drums. Blending jazz\, funk\, neo-soul\, bebop\, Latin rhythms\, and other soulful influences\, The Fellowship creates music that feels both sophisticated and alive\, a conversation between tradition and fresh energy. \nAfter relocating to San Antonio in 2020 and later expanding his musical reach into Austin\, Joshua has continued to grow The Fellowship into a collective of talented jazz artists united by passion\, musicianship\, and shared purpose.
